Soil microbial communities are keys to drive terrestrial carbon and nitrogen cycling.However.the feedback of soil microorganisms to climate change(warming or cooling)through greenhouse gas emission is poorly understood, which limits our prediction on the consequence of future climate changes. To address it,one should identify those microbes sensitive to climate changes and correlated them to important biogeochemical processes.
