目的：探讨远程心电、血压、血糖监测系统在社区慢病管理中的应用价值。方法：在社区慢性病患者(20人)的家中安装远程心电、血压、血糖监测系统，对采集的心电、血压、血糖数据进行实时回收，发现异常数据家庭医生通过移动工具将分析结果及建议及时告知患者，实现医生与患者远程双向互动交流。
目的：腰椎间盘突出症是以腰腿痛为主要临床表现的常见疾病。现代医学研究表明：腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰腿痛除髓核突出机械性压迫外，神经根及周围的炎性改变是引起疼痛的重要原因。西医对本病的保守治疗缺少方法，所以中医药对本病的治疗级显得极为重要。
目的：了解上海市杨浦区儿童视力低下状况及其相关因素，为针对儿童制定切实可行的视力预防保健提供依据.方法：从上海市杨浦区随机整群抽取20所幼儿园和中小学，采用E字国际标准视力表和自动电脑验光仪进行免散瞳验光检查学生视力，双眼中任何一眼视力低于5.0者标记为视力低下.
