Objective To evaluated interobserver variabilities in the TI-RADS categorization of sonographic (US) features of thyroid nodules, which defined as their diameters.Methods The retrospective study was conducted on225 nodules.The US findings (including elastography) for each thyroid nodule were analyzed by two radiologists who have already worked for 8 years.These cases were all pathologically confirmed.All the cases were divided into two groups depending on their diameters.Interobserver variabilities were calculated using Cohens kappa statistics.
