益生菌和氟苯尼考对剌参肠道菌群结构影响的比较研究

  通过Illumina MiSeq高通量测序平台测定了细菌16S DNA V3-V4区,研究了刺参肠道细菌微生物群落组成及物种之间的相互作用。日粮中分别添加马氏副球菌(Paracoccus marcusii DB11)、蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus G19)和间歇添加氟苯尼考,以未添加的基础饲料的刺参作为对照组。结果表明,在门分类水平上,刺参肠道内的细菌分布在36个不同的细菌类群,主要由变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)组成;在纲分类水平上,四个处理组的刺参肠道内的优势菌群均为黄杆菌纲(Flavobacteriia)、γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacterja)和α-变形菌纲,但在各处理组中的相对丰度存在差异。
