不同分子亚型乳腺癌血清胸苷激酶1表达水平与骨转移相关性研究
目的 回顾性分析不同分子亚型乳腺癌患者血清胸苷激酶1 表达水平与发生骨转移的相关性研究。方法 收集2016 年3 月-2019 年3 月在本院收治的450 例乳腺癌患者资料，均经病理确诊为乳腺癌，经免疫组织化学和荧光原位杂交法分析其分子表型。回顾性分析各组间血清TK1 表达水平差异以及与骨转移的相关性。
