利用金属材料相图计算软件JMat Pro 5.0及相应的镍基高温合金数据库,结合热加工工艺过程,研究了FGH4098合金及其热处理过程中的相平衡情况,并利用扫描电子显微镜和物理化学相分析进行验证。结果表明,FGH4098合金的热力学平衡相为γ、γ′、μ、σ、M23C6和M3B2,γ′相完全溶解温度与实测值一致;实际热处理态合金的相组成为γ、γ′、MC和M3B2,相组成、γ′相含量与逐步平衡模拟计算结果相近,两者之间差异可能与实际合金处于亚稳态、合金相的动力学行为有关。
The phase equilibrium of FGH4098 alloy and its heat treatment process was studied by using the phase diagram calculation software JMat Pro 5.0 and the corresponding Ni-based superalloy database combined with the hot working process. The phase equilibrium of the FGH4098 alloy and its heat treatment process was also studied by scanning electron microscopy and physicochemical phase analysis verification. The results show that the thermodynamic equilibrium phases of FGH4098 alloy are γ, γ ’, μ, σ, M23C6 and M3B2. The complete dissolution temperature of γ’ phase is consistent with the measured values. The phase composition of the as-quenched alloys is γ, γ ’, MC and M3B2 , Phase composition, γ ’phase content and the step-by-step equilibrium simulation results are similar, the difference between the two may be the actual alloy in the metastable state, the dynamic behavior of the alloy phase.
