鉴别塑料品种,国内外都有报道,归纳起来有三种方法:化学法,红外光谱法和裂解色谱法。本文对常见塑料的激光裂解色谱进行了初步的研究。从指纹图看,用于鉴别塑料品种是一种简便的方法。实验是用CO_2激光裂解器和SP2305E型气相色谱仪联结鉴定器FID。根据样品形状采用样品槽(或舟)、样品夹和样品套三种方法,将样品送入裂解室内进行分析。在给定条件下,得到样品的“指纹图”如图1~22。
Identification of plastic varieties, both at home and abroad have been reported, summed up in three ways: chemical method, infrared spectroscopy and pyrolysis chromatography. This article has carried on the preliminary research to the common plastics laser pyrolysis chromatography. From the fingerprints, used to identify plastic varieties is a simple way. The experiment was to use a CO2 laser pyrolyzer and a SP2305E gas chromatograph to connect the detector FID. According to the sample shape using the sample tank (or boat), sample holder and sample set of three methods, the sample into the cracking chamber for analysis. Under given conditions, the “fingerprint” of the sample is obtained as shown in FIGS. 1-22.
