PFNA治疗治疗老年股骨转子间骨折68例临床分析

【摘 要】

：

目的 观察股骨近端抗旋转型髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 对我院于2011年10月至2013年6月共68例老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用牵引床闭合复位PFNA内固定手术,术后采用Harris髋关节评分标准进行疗效评估并随访观察其功能效果。

中药治疗骨折术后肿胀的临床分析

目的：探讨中药治疗骨折术后肿胀的临床疗效.方法：临床观察2014年9月至2015年03月收治的骨折患者中选取100例随机分为中药组和对照组，男65例，女35例；年龄19～62岁，平均42.8岁，中药组选用外用中药涂擦，内服红桃消肿合剂治疗，对照组给予常规冰敷，抬高患肢，镇痛等处理，观察治疗前后肿胀减轻程度和疼痛缓解程度来判断临床疗效.
