The KLL dielectronic recombination (DR) cross sections of the He-like isoelectronic sequence with 6 ≤ Z ≤ 83 are systematically investigated using the relativisticconfiguration interaction (RCI) method. It is found that the radiation damping reduces the DR cross sections of the resonance 1s2p22p (splitted into two levels ((1s2p_)12p+)1/2 and (1s(2p+2)2)3/2 with the increase of the relativistic effects) by two orders of magnitude, due to much larger radiative rates compared with the autoionization rates along the isoelectronic sequence. The Z0 and Z4 scaling laws of autoionization and radiative rates for ls2p2 2p exist after Z=32,dominated by both the relativistic effects and configuration interaction..
