编组站是铁路枢纽的核心,车流组织的基地,铁路运输部门的重要生产单位。货车一次全周转时间中,车辆在车站作业和停留的时间,约占65%,其中在技术站主要是编组站的作业与停留时间,约占30%以上,故而编组站的建设是否合理。对减少车辆停时,加速货物送达,有着十分重要的作用,而编组站的布局,分工与规模直接关系到运营效率的提高。区间能力的发挥和铁路干、支线的畅通。所以,搞好编组站的建设,对提高铁路运输能力和经济效益有着重要意义。成都铁路局地处西南山区,编组站都是解放以后逐年建设的。本文对西南地区编组站建设的若干问题进行分析与探讨,提出来与同志们商榷。
Marshalling station is the hub of the railway hub, traffic organization base, an important unit of the railway transport sector. In a full turnaround time of trucks, the time for the vehicles to work and stay at the stations accounts for about 65% of the total. It plays an important role in reducing the vehicle stoppage and speeding up the delivery of goods. The layout, division of labor and scale of the marshalling yard are directly related to the improvement of operational efficiency. Therefore, to improve the construction of marshalling stations is of great significance to improving railway transport capacity and economic benefits. Chengdu Railway Bureau is located in the southwest mountainous areas, marshalling stations are built year after year after the liberation. This article analyzes and discusses some problems in the construction of marshalling yard in southwest China and puts forward some suggestions to discuss with the comrades.
