Cleft lip and/or palate is one of common congenital deformities occurred in oral and maxillofacial region.And secondary deformity often occurred after various primary surgery including lip/nose deformity, malocclusion &maxillary hypoplasia and velopharyngeal incompetence (VPI).Multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment of cleft lip and palate is very important not only for treating primary cleft lip and palate deformities and also for managing secondary deformities.The treatment plan must be made according to the type of secondary deformities, the relations among the secondary deformities (causes and sequences)
