  A detailed study of the hole transporting property of the liquid-formed glassy film of the traditional hole transporting material N,N-diphenyl-N,N-bis(3-methyl)-benzidine (TPD) was carried out.The liquid-formed glassy film was prepared by rapid cooling from melt.The X-ray diffraction of the rapidly-cooled TPD film at room temperature shows that no noticeable diffraction peak can be observed,suggesting that this organization state is absolutely amorphous.
