Objective: To quantify the degree of facial palsy is very important in planning the treatment schedule and determining prognosis of patients.House-Brackmann functional grading system (H-B FGS) suggested by AAO-HNS in 1985 has been commonly used.In fact, there is less correlation between the grade by these methods and the result of Electroneuronography (ENoG).In recent, 3D analysis using high-speed photography and rendering technique is tried but application to clinical use is limited by requiring expensive machines and computer of high spec.Authors try to build inexpensive facial grading system based on 2D analysis.
