分析了亚洲胃癌发生率，介绍了肿瘤的三级预防体系与防治原则。Hp感染是胃癌发生最一致的致病因素，根除Hp可降低胃癌发生的风险，胃癌发生中，Hp感染影响远大于环境因素。Hp感染是胃癌预防最重要的可控因素，在高危人群筛查和治疗Hp是高效价比的策略。
