  Major depressive disorder(MDD)is the most prevalent psychiatric disorder,but the precise mechanisms underlying it are currently unknown.Increasing evidence demonstrates that brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)plays an important role in the structural plasticity induced by depression,but the fundamental mechanism is not clear.
