  背景:HBV慢性感染时,宿主主要通过CD4+Th和CTL细胞参与细胞免疫来清除HBV,HBV常诱导机体产生免疫耐受,使之不易被清除并在人体内持续复制,导致病情慢性化;Foxp3是叉状头转录因子家族中的一个成员,它是调节性T细胞(Treg)的标志性分子,在慢性乙肝的免疫耐受和慢性化过程中有重要作用,是肝病研究热点之一。
