　　Carbon nanotube (CNT)-reinforced copper composite was fabricated by hot pressing for CNTs-embedded copper composite particles, which involves solution phase synthesis of CNTs-implanted cuprous oxide composite spheres, formation of CNTs/ copper composite particles after reduction in H2 atmosphere and preparation of CNTs/copper composite bulk by vacuum hot pressing followed by hot rolling and annealing.
