目的 Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) regulates allergic immune responses and results in asthma exacerbation, but the mechanisms are not well understood. In this study,we attempted to assess the contribution of anaphylatoxins C3a and C5a to CD4+T cell immunity in RSV-mediated asthma.方法 Female BALB/C mice are sensitized to ovalbumin (OVA) prior to RSV challenge, then the mice were treated with C3aR antagonist(C3aRA) and C5aRA antagonist (C5aRA),respectively.The pathological changes in lung tissues and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) cellular compositions were observed under microscopy.
