基于FFT变换的窗帘布剖副区自动定位动态实现

  纺织行业布匹剖幅机工作的过程中,剖幅区的识别是由人工完成的,存在劳动强度大,出错率高的缺点,影响产品质量。之前,我们的研究团队针对窗帘布剖副区的自动识别与定位,进行了静态情况下识别算法的研究,得出了基于一维FFT变化在静态情况下可有效识别检测剖副区的结论和判据标准,不足的是,检测过程中需要手动输入参数,没有实现自动化。本文在此基础上,针对动态情况下对剖副区自动识别与定位进行了进一步的分析与研究。利用图像频域处理技术对相机获取的样布图像进行分析,通过行扫描式一维快速Fourier变化,得到图像频谱特征,统计得到的频谱特征,去掉每幅图像零频的点,对比分析后,设定阀值,寻找出频率特征明显的所有点的x坐标,然后通过求均值的方法定位出剖副区中心位置;针对高速运动的窗帘布匹,能做到有效抓取和快速定位,并通过VC++编程软件实现了该方法。测试结果证明,利用快速Fourier变换方法在动态过程中可以准确、快速的实现剖副区的识别和定位,识别精度和响应速度能够满足实际生产需求,可大大提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,具有利用于剖副机的应用前景。
