：
目的 评价富马酸喹硫平600 ～ 750mg/d单药治疗精神分裂症急性期兴奋症状的疗效和安全性.方法 采用前瞻性、单组、开放性的设计,纳入符合ICD-10诊断标准的精神分裂症急性期患者124例,予喹硫平600～750mg/d单药治疗.观察时间为24周,在基线、治疗第1周末、第8周末及第24周末评估患者的治疗效果及安全性.疗效指标为阳性与阴性症状综合症量表(positive and negative

目的 评价富马酸喹硫平600 ～ 750mg/d单药治疗精神分裂症急性期兴奋症状的疗效和安全性.方法 采用前瞻性、单组、开放性的设计,纳入符合ICD-10诊断标准的精神分裂症急性期患者124例,予喹硫平600～750mg/d单药治疗.观察时间为24周,在基线、治疗第1周末、第8周末及第24周末评估患者的治疗效果及安全性.疗效指标为阳性与阴性症状综合症量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)总分及兴奋因子分量表总分评分变化.安全性指标包括不良事件的评估、实验室检查和生命体征等.
