This research project is a case study on the Liberia Education Review of 2008.The educational system of several developing countries continue to be similarly bedevilled and stifled with numerous social and economic problems differing only in magnitude and diversity.Liberia has its share of such problems, the most acute ones being: the irrelevant curricula and instructional materials and the exorbitant cost of text books and supplies,abundance of unqualified and under qualified teachers, which is a major deterrent to quality and improved standard, poor remunerative measures to attract and retain qualified teachers and staff and poor quality of intake from the secondary schools which affects the ability of the institutions of higher education to raise and maintain standards (The Liberia Education Review May, 1980).As the Ministry of Education has for sometime now endeavoured to take concrete measures of these identified problems from the planning,administrative and instructional view points, there is an obvious need to involve the interested public and key education stakeholders in the educational problems and challenges in Liberia to search for realistic and practical solutions to these problems.
