利用液相质谱联用技术对海参品种进行鉴定的研究

  本文利用自由基降解海参硫酸多糖获得海参硫酸多糖混合寡糖,液相质谱联用技术对混合寡糖进行质谱一级结构解析,通过对不同品种海参一级结构指纹图谱的比较,来进行海参的鉴定。研究结果为,随着过氧化氢浓度与降解时间的增加,寡糖的种类与含量逐渐增加并趋于稳定,当过氧化氢浓度为6%,降解时间为6h 时,获得的寡糖种类与相对含量已趋于稳定,因此选用该条件进行下一步的研究。
