Cell division cyclin 25 homolog C(Cdc25C) is considered as a tumor-associated antigen (GenBank number: NM001790),which shows overexpression in HCC by RT-PCR method.In order to study the role of Cdc25C in HCC pathogenesis, we constructed the prokaryotic vector expressing human Cdc25C gene.
