Control over the growth of organic semiconductors (OSCs) film is of great significance for organic electronics.Preparation of continuous,uniform,microstructured OSCs films in nanometer thickness range (≤ 15 nm) with monolayer precision may provide elaborate systems for some device applications such as sensors with enhanced performance.
