对C0.4Cr4MnSi1.5和C0.4Cr4Mn1.5Si两种钢在铸态、热处理态(950℃保温150min沙冷处理+200℃回火2h)的组织和性能进行研究,与ZG50Cr5MoV钢在热处理态(960℃保温4h空冷+230℃回火2h)的组织和性能进行对比,并对三个成分的冲击试样断口进行分析。结果表明:C0.4Cr4MnSi1.5钢热处理后洛氏硬度达到52.8HRC,但韧性较差;C0.4Cr4Mn1.5Si钢热处理后洛氏硬度达到54HRC,冲击韧性αK达到36J/cm2,其硬度和冲击韧性都优于ZG50Cr5MoV,且不含昂贵的Mo、V合金元素,具有一定的性能和价格优势。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of two kinds of C0.4Cr4MnSi1.5 and C0.4Cr4Mn1.5Si steels were investigated in as-cast and heat-treated state (950 ℃ for 150min sand-cooling + 200 ℃ for 2h), and the microstructure and properties of ZG50Cr5MoV steel in heat- ℃ 4h air cooling + 230 ℃ tempering 2h) the organization and performance were compared, and three components of the impact fracture analysis. The results show that the Rockwell hardness of C0.4Cr4MnSi1.5 steel reaches 52.8HRC after heat treatment, but the toughness is poor. The hardness of C0.4Cr4Mn1.5Si steel after heat treatment reaches 54HRC and the impact toughness αK reaches 36J / cm2. The hardness and impact toughness Are superior to ZG50Cr5MoV, and does not contain expensive Mo, V alloy elements, with a certain performance and price advantage.
