目的 肾移植术后主要的并发症为感染,其中尤以肺炎为重.本研究旨在评价静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白辅助治疗肾移植术后肺炎的疗效和安全性.方法 肾移植术后发生肺炎的60例患者分为两组,在常规针对病原体治疗(抗细菌、抗病毒、抗真菌),调整免疫抑制方案的基础上,28例免疫球蛋白组患者辅以小剂量免疫球蛋白(0.2g/kg/d)治疗7-10d.
