青岛电厂 1号炉对积灰污染不严重的空气预热器受热面进行过量吹扫 ,造成吹灰介质浪费和空气预热器受热面因过分吹扫而磨损。因此 ,有必要对空气预热器的积灰污染特性进行现场实验 ,根据吹灰前、后该空气预热器传热特性的变化规律 ,研究其被积灰污染的特性 ,深入分析其污染增长规律 ,制定出合理的吹灰模式 ,维持锅炉的安全、经济运行
