基于共轭腔和G-T腔的高色散镜设计

  高色散镜能够保持高反射率同时提供大色散补偿量,在大功率激光系统如CPA放大技术和光纤激光器中,相比光栅、棱镜对等色散补偿元件,容易集成化、小型化,且能够补偿高阶色散,使得高色散镜在大功率系统中能够取代光栅和棱镜对进行脉冲压缩和展宽.基于一种由共轭腔和G-T腔串联的高色散镜的初始设计,通过变矩阵方法优化膜层厚度,得到两种高色散镜,一种是750nm-850nm波长范围内群延迟色散值(Group delay dispersion,GDD)为-1000fs2、反射率>99.9%的负高色散镜,另一种是750nm-850nm范围内GDD值+1000fs2、反射率>99.9%的正高色散镜.所设计得到的高色散镜可用于钛宝石激光器以及钛宝石啁啾放大器中进行脉冲压缩和展宽,并且能够利用多次反射提供所需更大的色散补偿量.
