Uniform and tunable palladium nanoparticle is deposited on activated carbon(AC)supports by atomic layer deposition(ALD)using Pd hexafluoroacetylacetonate and HCHO as the precursors[1].The ALD surface reaction becomes saturated with long precursor exposures.
