纺机行业大型薄壁铸件难以成型,尤其采用潮模,容易变形和产生夹砂等缺陷。针对这些问题,我们采取了一系列措施。在生产过程中,加强对型砂的质量要求,采用抛砂造型,雨淋式的浇注系统,控制浇注温度,提高浇注速度,用热定形法矫正铸件变形。这样,提高了铸件的表面光洁度,保证了铸件几何尺寸,消除了表面缺陷,取得了好的经济效益。我厂生产大型薄壁铸件较多,质量要求高,图1是典型铸件。
Large-scale thin-walled castings in the textile machinery industry are difficult to shape, especially the use of tide molds, which can easily deform and produce defects such as sand inclusion. In response to these problems, we have taken a series of measures. In the production process, to strengthen the quality requirements of the sand, the use of sand casting style, rain-type casting system, control the pouring temperature, increase the casting speed, with the heat-setting deformation correction castings. In this way, the surface finish of the castings is improved, the geometrical dimensions of the castings are ensured, the surface defects are eliminated, and good economic benefits are achieved. I plant more large-scale thin-walled castings, high quality requirements, Figure 1 is a typical castings.
