  Background & Objectives: Uncoupled neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS)is the important resource of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Paraventricular nucleus(PVN)oxidative stress plays an important role in the process of chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH)induced hypertension.This study was designed to investigate the relationships between uncoupled nNOS and PNV oxidative stress and whether Losartan could reduce nNOS uncoupling in PVN.
