The time when ,South China Sea summer monsoon (SCSSM) is onset, which is also a season changing period in Asia—Australia region, is the earliest indication to the turning of the Asia atmospheric circulation from winter to summer.Coming earlier or later of the summer monsoon reflects the speed of the season turning of the north hemisphere atmospheric circulation, it has very important effect on the coming atmospheric circulation changing, vapor translation and the distribution of summer rainfall over East Asia.
