本文对刷式密封中刷丝端部摩擦热产生的热响应进行了研究。分析中应用计入刷丝三维变形影响的各向异性多孔介质模型,用阻抗力表现流阻,以有限体积法和SIMPLE算法为基础,将刷丝端部摩擦热作为边界条件,联解N-S方程和能量方程,得到刷式密封的温度场分布。刷丝端部与跑道表面法向接触生成热,该接触力的大小取决于刷丝初装过盈量和由压场梯度产生的三维变形量。采用FLUENT计算结构参数和工况参数对密封性能的影响。
In this paper, the thermal response of the frictional heat generated at the end of brush wire in brush seal was studied. In the analysis, an anisotropic porous medium model which is included in the influence of three-dimensional deformation of brush filaments is applied. The flow resistance is represented by the resistance force. Based on the finite volume method and the SIMPLE algorithm, the frictional heat at the end of the filament is used as the boundary condition. And energy equation, get the temperature field distribution of brush seal. The end of the filament is in contact with the surface of the runway to generate heat. The magnitude of the contact force depends on the amount of initial thread interference and the three-dimensional deformation caused by the gradient of the pressing field. Using FLUENT to calculate the structural parameters and operating parameters of the sealing performance.
