At present,most of degradation tests are based on a special degradation models,which lack a united scenario to tackle the general degradation,recently,Tseng[?] proposed a class of exponential dispersion(ED)degradation models to optimize allocation of time and stress in a uniform way,motived by their work,a transformed ED degradation models based on united deviance is developed in this article,and then we study the estimation of ED degradation models parametersestimation using MLEs method,and give the confidence interval using bootstrap methods,at end of the paper two real data examples are used for ED degradation models.
