　　This paper is motivated by the practical application of Guizhou Tobacco Benchmarking management system.Based on characteristics of occasional connections of mobile database systems,a new type of HF /SMDS data synchronization model is designed using Web Service technology.The model uses HASH algorithm as the data synchronization algorithm in which mobile intelligent terminal is responsible for the implementation of data synchronization algorithm and tobacco benchmarking server provides data access interface.The efficiency of HF/SMDS data synchronization model and intelligent terminals independence of HASH algorithm are validated by experimental testing.The model provides a new exploration scheme for the integration of tobacco industry each service platform system.
