Significance:with the development of aging population and urbanization,there are more and more empty nest elderly home in big cities,these people have no children but life can provide basic.However,the big problem is that once this group currently facing the old man falls,the health of the elderly is sharply,even will never be able to restore to health care of life,but also caused great burden on other members of the family so that old people fall down of living environment construction on the aging has the more important.Objective: to investigate the incidence of fails in the time,place,reason and the physiological state in the living environment in the elderly,in order to study the corresponding solutions in the design of residential environment.Methods: interviews by falls in the elderly of 6 small,to tease out the cause of falls in the elderly,summed up the characteristics of elderly fall accident.Conclusion: the fall is often occurs at the bedside and toilet;trigger action is turned to cause the body out of balance,the reason is the elderly physical reasons,environmental impurities,toilet and bathroom does not have the proper aging conditions.Countermeasures: to take effective preventive measures for elderly patients fall environmental factors,clear high-risk locations,the interior design suggestions on reform of the living environment.
