Objective Neuroinflammation has been known to play an improtant role in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Parkinsons disease and Alzherimers disease.Icariin,the most abundant constituent in Herba Epimedii,has been demonstrated strong anti-inflammatory property in vivo and in vitro.In this study,we aimed to study the anti-inflammatory effect of icariin in LPS-induced AD mouse model and the possible mechanism.
