石漠化灾变区生态恢复亟待匡正的认识误区--以贵州省麻山地区为例

纵观中国石漠化地区的分布范围,以及相应的治理措施.不难发现,这些石漠化灾变区的生态恢复不是单纯的技术、经济和法律问题,而是一项涉及到特定民族文化的社会系统工程.其间既需要现代科技的支持,还得借助相关地区各民族的优良传统,更需要正视当地生态系统的本底属性,以及导致石漠化灾变的历史文化成因.而此前的石漠化治理,要么过重依靠现代科学技术的运用,要么凭借经济或法律的手段去实施补救.事实证明,这些措施都收效甚微.通过对前人相关研究成果的梳理及实地的田野调查表明,在石漠化灾变区实施生态恢复,如果仅仅使用现代技术、经济和法律手段,不仅不可能收到预期的效果,而且还可能导致石漠化灾变越演越烈.当下,对这样的认识误区进行匡正,就显得势在必然了.
