近几年来由于离子选择性电极选择性和灵敏度的提高,离子选择性电极能够快速、简便地测定溶液中若干离子的活度,具有较高的精确度并且价格低廉,易于推广,所以在工农业、医药卫生及环境保护、分析化学等方面作为一种分析工具,得到日益广泛的应用。为推广电极法测钾,我们对土壤全钾、速效钾、植株钾分别用酸浸液、水浸液提取,测定值与火焰光度法结果对比,从而选择适合的浸提剂。
