  固態金屬薄膜退火後的結果可以在理論和實驗方面進行許多探討,我們發現連續的金屬薄膜透過高溫退火會凝聚成離散粒子以達到較低能量的穩定態。由於高溫凝聚現象是藉由原子擴散造成,所以溫度增加會使去潤濕(dewetting)效應增強。
