Objective Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a pathogenic agent that lead to cause of community-acquired pneumonia in children.Especially, some studies have shown M.pneumoniae infection appears imbalance of cell-mediated immunity and inflammatory damage.This study was designed to observe the changes of T lymphocytes proliferative capacities and natural killer (NK)/natural killer T (NKT) cells from peripheral blood in children with M.pneumoniae pneumonia.
