放射科服务细小之处

【摘要】

：

目的:注意服务细小之处提高服务质量,优化服务流程,提升工作效率.方法:一、分时段预约,避免长时间候诊.实施了分时段预约,就诊病人可以自主选择一个月内工作日的任何一个上班时间段.这样病人既不用为排队起早到医院,而且检查当天也只要根据预约好的时间稍微提早一点到达医院登记就行.住院病人,也可根据预约时间,在病房完成治疗后来进行检查,这样既不耽误治疗,也解除了长时间等候的烦恼.
