  In this paper,multi-functional dendrimer G1.0 PAMAM(L)as a ligand has been synthesized by divergent method.Then the product was characterized by FR-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR.Make use of its more active sites,it has been studied for the supramolecular interactions between ligand and ATP using fluorescence spectroscopy and molybdenum blue method.The result shows that there occurs the most obvious recognition intention between G1.0 PAMAM(L)and ATP in pH = 4.The binding forces are mainly electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bond.The fluorescent quenching is linearly reduced with depending on the increasing concentration of ATP.
