用NH_4Cl水溶液和塑料粒子模拟了钢中大型夹杂物在钢锭底部锥聚积过程,提出了聚积机理,并导出了夹杂聚积量的数学方程: Q=A·b/(1-α)(integral from t_1 to t_0((?)-U_s)C_0dt+integral from t_0 to t+t_s((?)-U_s)kC_0dt)实验结果在生产中得到了验证。减少钢锭底部夹杂物的有效措施是向钢锭帽部加发热剂和适当的注温。加发热剂时,要注意加入时间和加入方法。
The NH4Cl aqueous solution and plastic particles were used to simulate the large cone inclusions in the steel at the bottom of the ingot. The mechanism of accumulation was proposed and the mathematical equation of the amount of inclusions was deduced: Q = A · b / (1-α) to t_0 ((?) - U_s) C_0dt + integral from t_0 to t + t_s ((?) - U_s) kC_0dt) The experimental results have been validated in production. Effective measures to reduce inclusions in the bottom of the ingot is to add a heating agent to the ingot cap and proper temperature injection. Add heat agent, pay attention to join the time and join the method.
