污水处理厂活性污泥中细菌的抗生素耐性分析

  为解污水处理厂活性污泥中细菌抗生素耐性情况,采用平板分离技术,从海口市白沙门污水处理厂活性污泥中分离、纯化得到18株细菌,并通过BIOLOG微生物鉴定系统进行初步鉴定,其中革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌各为9株,分属14个种,8个属,包括危害水产养殖业的气单胞菌病原菌.采用Kirby-Bauer纸片琼脂扩散法进行细菌抗生素药敏性试验并分析其抗生素耐性.果表明,菌株对头孢他啶、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、链霉素、氨苄西林、红霉素、氯霉素、四环素、卡那霉素的耐药率分别为61.1%、0%、5.6%、16.7%、50%、16.7%、11.1%、0%、5.6%,而且11.1%的细菌具有多重耐药性,表明白沙门污水处理厂的活性污泥中细菌耐药性比较严重.因此,污水处理厂在活性污泥的回收处理过程中,应注意避免耐性细菌可能带来的环境生态的风险问题,并加强污水处理厂深海出水的灭杀工作,避免二次污染.
