Objective: To investigate the effect of elemene on the radiosensitivity of A549 cells and its possible molecular mechanism.Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors.Radiotherapy is the basic method of choice for the treatment of lung cancer (1), especially for middle to late stage lung cancer.

数字PCR方法动态监测EGFR-TKI治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者血浆EGFR突变状态

目的：表皮生长因子受体-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKI)对于有EGFR敏感突变的非小细胞肺癌患者是非常有效的治疗方式。因此,EGFR基因检测对于选择合适的患者并实时监测药物的治疗效果非常重要。本研究主要为了验证数字PCR方法能否特异和定量检测血浆中循环肿瘤DNA及EGFR突变状态变化,指导临床治疗。
