由动脉、静脉和毛细血管构成的血管系统，是维持人体功能基本组织。血管内皮系统是由血管壁组织和血流之间的单层内皮细胞组成，血管内皮细胞在维持血管健康稳态中发挥重要功能。血管内皮损伤修复异常能够引起的冠心病、高血压、脑卒中、肺动脉高压等致死性心脑血管疾病。
