在国家大力倡导和推行技工院校多元化办学的大环境下,盐城技师学院十分注重社会化培训工作。近年来,积极开展政校企协作培训,实现了社会效益与经济效益的双赢。本文结合学院对外协作培训的实际,对培训过程进行了一些思考,力求通过扩大协作规模,提升培训质量,进一步丰富和拓展技工院校服务社会的功能。
Under the environment of vigorously promoting and implementing the diversified running of technical institutions of higher learning in China, Yancheng Technician College attaches great importance to socialization training. In recent years, we have been actively carrying out training in government-university-enterprise cooperation to achieve a win-win situation between social and economic benefits. This paper, based on the actual training of the Institute of International Cooperation, made some reflections on the training process and sought to further enrich and expand the functions of technical colleges and universities in serving the society by expanding the scale of collaboration and training quality.
