Background Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor antagonists could enhance the anti-platelet effect,improve coronary blood flow and maintain myocardial perfusion,so it could reduce cardiovascular events.Guidelines recommend intravenous administration,and the current study shows the coronary administration could improve coronary blood concentration,speed up play anti-platelet effect,can improve the prognosis of STEMI patients.So our study collect randomized controlled trials to compare the efficacy and safety of coronary administration and intravenous administration of platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa antagonists in STEMI patients after PCI.
