等离子射频消融对变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜激发试验的影响

【摘要】

：

目的:探讨等离子射频消融对变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜激发试验影响,以评价手术的疗效.方法:80例变应性鼻炎患者中,男54例,女26例;年龄18～55岁,平均35岁;应用等离子射频消融进行治疗,手术前后测定鼻黏膜激发试验和鼻气道阻力及患者的主观鼻通气感觉,评价手术对患者的主客观感觉的影响,及其两者的相关性.

上额窦出血性息肉198例分析

目的:回顾性分析上额窦出血性息肉的治疗方法及疗效.方法:198例病人中,单纯性柯－陆化手术128例;合并应用内窥镜40例;单纯应用内窥镜者24例;6例行鼻侧切开.结果:本组病人疗效满意,复发率低.结论:上额窦出血性息肉应根据病变范围,选择不同的术式,才能达到既能彻底清除病变,又能使创伤达到最小的目的.
